Safety First! Ensure Risk Free Purchase of Medicines Online
Author: Christine Macguire
Well, your search for cheaper medication may lead you to fraud drug dealers and eventually put your precious life to risk. The Internet is an increasingly important channel for the efficient and effective distribution of prescription drugs at lower prices. Legitimate online pharmacies are serving the growing numbers of online consumers by providing a safe, reliable, and cost-effective online drugstore. Many online pharmacies offer greater convenience and lower prices than the corner drugstore, but if you don't know for sure if the seller you're dealing with is legitimate, you may be at risk of receiving products that are contaminated, counterfeit, or not approved by the FDA--or you may pay and receive nothing at all.
Americans looking for good prices on prescription drugs don't have to look far. Smart shoppers with the right information can buy what they need at a more affordable price and avoid the serious safety risks that accompany purchasing imported medicine. But there exists rogue Internet pharmacies too, selling counterfeit drugs to online customers. Counterfeit drugs can be dangerous to your health. Counterfeit medicine may be ineffective or cause serious side effects such as an allergic reaction. Drugs that are legitimate but not correctly prescribed can also be harmful or ineffective.
Prescription medications are valuable technologies that literally affect our body's mechanism. Making sure you are taking the right ones and taking them correctly is highly important. Your pharmacist can review prescriptions and help protect you from negative drug interactions. A recent study on the diversion and abuse of prescription drugs in America reveals the availability of controlled, dangerous and addictive prescription drugs like Percodan, OxyContin, Valium, Xanax, Ritalin and Adderall on the Internet. The most alarming fact is these drugs are as easy for children to buy over the Internet as candy. Anyone can easily obtain highly addictive controlled substances online without a prescription from illegal Internet drug pharmacies. All they need is a credit card.
While legitimate online pharmacies can provide access to medications for patients who need them, this snapshot of the wide availability of controlled, dangerous, addictive drugs on the Internet reveals a wide-open channel of illegal distribution. This easy availability has enormous implications for public health, particularly the health of our children. The Internet has emerged as an exploding method of illegal distribution of counterfeit drugs.
The government is trying to downsize the growing tide of illegal drugs imported into the United States by rogue online pharmacies. Formation of a regulatory body certifying the online pharmacies is one of the methodologies being adapted by the government. A pharmacy search engine can be a better alternative to prevent illegal Internet drugstores from selling counterfeit drugs online. A pharmacy search engine acts as a resource in finding the best solution to this compounding issue. It will ensure that the pharmacies it offers to its customers not only offer the best prices but are also safe, reliable and legitimate online pharmacies. Many consumers are largely unaware that prices for medications differ from pharmacy to pharmacy; via a pharmacy search engine patients can move their prescriptions to a list of pharmacies to choose the most suitable one. Consumers should feel confident with the hope that the online marketplace could remain safe and secure with the help of such pharmacy search engines.

How does one with ADD and insomnia get a good night’s rest.?
I take the following medications for various reasons: Adderall, Valium, Phenobarbital, Dalmane, and Prozac. I’ve gone 6 months without all the meds except my seizure one (phenobarb), and no change in the insomnia. I think the lack of sleep is making me a little neurotic and bizarre. Please help me. Lord have mercy. Walk with Jesus and strangers will give you the best candy.
go back on one of your ADD medications, when you have ADD these typically “stimulant” medications actually do the opposite with someone with that condition, so will probably help you sleep.
affordable health insurance 4 someone with prexisting conditions? I have no kids and in a low income household
I NEED MEDICAL INSURANCE!
I have recurrent urinary tract infections that are often resistant to antibiotics. I have Kidney stones as well, had a Kidney infection and when I was hospitalized they urged me to see a specialist but I CANNOT AFFORD a specialist! A social worker in the hospital said that I shouldn’t even bother applying for medicaid because I don’t have children so applying would likely be a waste of time. I am unemployed at this time due to several psychological issues I will not get into. Medication is too expensive. I need medication in order to be mentally balanced. I started taking Valium & Adderall and both help me feel sane. The only problem is I don’t know how much longer I can even afford it!! Anti biotics are so costly as well!
I have a family history of cervical Cancer and I NEED to see a gynecologist for a pap test but cannot afford it! I need dental insurance cause I have cavities but can’t afford that either!
I feel hopeless! Can someone give me some hope?
First off, Be very wary of medical discount cards. They are not regulated by the Department of Insurance nor do the people that sell them need to be licensed. This means you have little recourse when you have problems with the plan. If you are tempted by the low price and claims of “save up to 80%” be aware that very few doctors actually take these cards. It does you little good if you have to drive 4 hours to find a doctor that will accept the card. One state couldn’t find any doctors in that state that took the card and only one dentist who was on probation for unlawful activities so they banned the sale of the card. See this link http://www.insurancejournal.com/news/west/2006/11/22/74554.htm for more information. Many other states are starting to ban these cards.
Before signing up with any discount plan get a list of doctors. If they won’t give you a list consider it to be a scam. Call the doctors on the list to make sure they’re still taking the card (many don’t even know that they’re listed as a provider) and that they’re accepting new patients.
Second, you’re probably not going to be able to get on an individual insurance policy. You are unemployed so the only thing available will be a short term medical. Short term medical policies do not cover pre-existing conditions. Even if you were employed most policies will not cover pre-existing conditions and many will not accept you based on the total of your conditions. You may want to visit a local independent agent. This person knows the plans available in your area and can find out if any plan will take you.
Third, you should still check on Medicaid. You don’t have to have kids to be accepted for Medicaid. Depending upon what state you are in there are income and asset requirements. Google Medicaid and your state and you’ll find their website. On the website will be information on how to qualify and how to apply. Don’t let any hospital social worker tell you that you can’t get on without trying for yourself.
Ok to mix valium with adderall?
I’m currently on prescribed adderall and am taking the prescribed dosages. Last night I got into a heated argument at a party and me and my friends almost got into a fight with other people, but we walked away from it. I’m still fuming and just can’t seem to let it go. Before I was on adderall, i had some anger issues for a while and was on valium wich helped greatly, so i stopped taking it. I still have some left and would like to take some to help me cool down. But i only have a concern about if there are any problems with mixing the two (both normal dosages).
Medically speaking its not a good idea to mix CNS stimulants and depressants, but you will be fin taking your normal dose of adderall with 5 or 10 mg od Valium. Just don’t make a habbit of it. I personally take Adderall daily and sometimes have to mix it with Valium, when I have to fly. Again if you really think it will help, try it, but don’t make it an everyday thing.
is it safe to take adderall along with oxycodone and valium?
I have been taking adderall for add and just had the prk eye surgery done where I was prescribed oxycodoe and vaium so I am just curious if it is safe to mix those drugs and also along with phenergran amd motrin 800mg
ALL of this should have been discussed with your doctor BEFORE he/she even prescribed it. Call the ophthalmologist who performed surgery and discuss it with him/her.
*head hits table* Do we have any reliable physicians out there anymore?
Can I take adderall while also taking depression meds and valium meds?
I wasn’t prescribed it but I am just curious and it helps me focus/makes me feel good about life…thanks.
You should use alprazolam, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://webmd48.notlong.com/AA3brgC
