In all honesty, probably nothing. Her smoking slightly raises risk for miscarriage, restricted growth, high blood pressure, etc. Risks would be less if she didn’t smoke it and instead brewed it in tea or vaporized it or found other means than smoking. But if she quits early the risks will be very small.
