Do you think the cigerette companies should have to pay for all the expensive quit smoking products?
If you decided to quit? I see them suing tobacco companies and then using the money for schools??? I mean wouldn’t it be better if they helped those they hurt, instead of sending money to places that have nothing to do with cigarettes.
    I’m not talking about suing.

    I know smoking is bad.

The quit smoking products are waaaay too expensive when most do not even work.

All you do gooders who love to lay blame please understand I grew up in a smoking house I’ve been breathing smoke for years before I ever started, when I was in school they took us to RJR every yeat on field trips. It is more powerful of an addiction than heroin. All I want to know is why they can’t provide stop smoking supplies for anyone who ask.

Might not have to worry about that pretty soon ! The Phillip Morris factory in North Carolina just announced it will be closing with a loss of 3,000 jobs. They are going to Europe . Guess where the liberals will make up that TAX LOSS , keep an eye on your paycheck ??Be kinda` funny , smokers will still smoke , and they will be buying a European cigarette , and all that TAX revenue will go to Europe. Go figure …

Does anyone know a natural way to quit smoking cigarettes instore products don’t seem to work?
I would love to quit smoking but I haven’t been able to find a good product in the stores to help me. They all boast about their effectivness and maybe they work for some but I have smoked for years and they don’t work for me. I would like to find some natural products that don’t hurt my system and can take for as long as needed to kick this filthy habit.
    Sincerely,
    Daisymae

First off, congratulations for WANTING to quit smoking!!

As far as answering, there are a lot of ways, and it also depends on how long you’ve been smoking. The best ways are slowly lowering your dose (takes a long time sometimes), or going cold turkey (which is faster, but harder). Either way, the last thing is making the decision to quit, so you’ll eventually have to deal with the withdrawal.

For the most part, when you deal with withdrawal, you’ll just have to tough it out, but there are some things that can help cleanse out the toxins and may help to minimize some of the effects of withdrawal…
Drinking water will help to detox, and taking some supplements that work as cleansers may help as well. Specifically, Apple Cider Vinegar, Green Tea (decaffeinated), Chlorophyll (fantastic cleanser), and even good amounts of fiber and water helps some people (although it’s not very comfortable for the lower level of detoxification you get).

All that being said, it’s likely that the symptoms should stop relatively shortly after your last pill (it’s never as long as it feels like it is). Your neurotransmitters don’t take too terribly long to scream for something they are addicted to after you stop.
Another important thing to note is that no matter how bad it gets, taking more of the drug (and yes, nicotine is a drug) will only make the withdrawal last longer and will be harder on you in the long run. Good luck, and congrats again!

How can I quit smoking without quit smoking products?
I don’t want to use quit smoking products, (gum, patches, laser surgery, or whatever….) I want to quit with natural products, anyone here just say “FORGET IT, I QUIT SMOKING,” and successfully quit for at least a year? I want to hear your story….

I tried this method which I made it myself and it really worked! First try not smoking for 3 whole days, if you succeed reward yourself with something like a puff or two.If you can manage to proceed, do so.You can continue it until you no longer needed to resist the temptation to smoke. I tried that ani havent smoked for 4 months (well maybe 1 or two in between xD)

  4. Qefujo Muhaluga says:

Are any quit smoking products good like electronic cigarette?
The other day i was looking on TV advertisements when i saw the host was telling about electronic cigarette and quoting it as one of the effective quit smoking products is it true?

      Hello!

Some say that using electronic cigarettes can help you quit smoking. Currently there is no scientific evidence for or against it. One option is to gradually lower the level of nicotine in your cartridges to become nicotine and tobacco free.
The other option is to smoke electronic cigarettes with zero nicotine cartridges while applying nicotine patches. That way you separate addiction and habit.

Take a look at this discussion forum discussion.

Maybe electronic cigarettes are something for you.
