    Are there herbs or supliments that help quit smoking?
    Just need to stop the craving without the patch. Its too expensive. I could smoke for a month for the same price. Well I guess that justifies the cost of the patch but I don’t have that much money to spare all at once. OK so that is a cop out but I don’t like the idea of having to quit the patch after quiting smoking. Need a non addictive alternative.

    Are there any herbal options to help quit smoking?
    I quit smoking on New Years and this is pretty rough. After 18 years of smoking, chemical dependence really has a grip on me. I heard that there are some herbal treatments that can help. Anyone know any?

    No… I am not interested in advice that involves SMOKING herbs :)

      Eating licorice helped me…..I know there must be articles on it because that’s how I found out about it. It worked for me, as well as eating sunflower seeds (sunflowers have nicatine in them)
      Yogi detox tea helped me to on another quit.
      Exercise, and on different quit I had going for 2 yrs. was nicorette gum
      Yes, it’s also time for me to quit again too.

    are legal smoking herbs really legal and not show up as a narcotic or anything else in a drug screen?
    smoking legal smoking herbs was suggested to someone, who is on probation, to reduce stress while dieting and quitting smoking cigarettes.

      yeah there are legal herbs that you can smoke. but if i were you i would keep the package in case the 5-0 show up and ask is that weed, and just show the package to prove its not!!! XP like weed is an herb that you smoke but is illegal cause you get high from it. but theres other herbs that i dont know of that make you relax and other stuff but are legal. but before you smoke something you think is legal or illegal, search it up online and see if it is or not.

    ive been smoking green for about 3 years or so now and im going to be doing modeling and other types of work that may require me to quit but I dont see it happening. what are some good ways to go about it?
    ew im not talkin bout cigarettes lady. i dont hate myself THAT much
