How to Quit Smoking Cigarettes Naturally - Learn How to Quit Smoking Cigarettes Naturally
So what if it is really that easy? What if all your beliefs about how hard it is going to be to quit are completely false? What if, after just one session of hypnotherapy or NLP you find it incredibly easy to become and remain a happy, confident non-smoker for life?
The reason why hypnotherapy & NLP are so successful is because both our beliefs about smoking and our habitual smoking behaviours reside within your unconscious mind. So whilst consciously we may wish to quit, all too often our all powerful unconscious mind simply would not let us.
You see when smokers first start; they buy into years of conditioning telling them that smoking made them feel somehow better, more confident and more relaxed. And as a result of lighting up those first few cigarettes, smokers permanently install these extremely unhelpful beliefs directly into their unconscious, beliefs that also included the concept that quitting was going to be really difficult.
At the same time, smokers make a conscious decision to choose those perceived benefits of feeling better, more relaxed and more confident, over the initial physical reactions of inhaling the poisonous fumes. So as time goes on and those uncomfortable physical reactions start to subside, as a result of their newly formed nicotine addiction, they started to mistake the relief of feeding that addiction with feelings of relaxation and confidence.
So many years later, after smoking tens of thousands (possibly hundreds of thousands) of cigarettes, they have re-enforced those unhelpful beliefs about smoking and how hard it is to quit and, they have also trained their unconscious minds to wrongly associate the process of lighting and smoking a cigarette with feeling good, confident and relaxed.
Hypnotherapy and NLP allow us to retrain the unconscious mind of a smoker to disregard those false beliefs about smoking and how hard it is to quit, and to swap those unconscious benefits for something altogether more exciting and fulfilling - feeling absolutely great!
So as a result, the all too familiar withdrawal pangs of irritability, mood swings and cravings, the primary reasons why people fail to permanently quit smoking, will be replaced with feelings of relaxation, improved self confidence and overall happiness.

Any tips for quitting smoking?
I have four kids and want to be around a while for them and want to quit smoking badly. I have only had two cigarettes today (usually smoke 1 pack a day). I am trying to quit naturally without all those gums and patches. Any home remedy ideas?
You have probably heard these but buy sunflower seeds and suckers to help with the hand to mouth hobbit. Chew cinnamon gum it is supposed to help better then other types of gum. Have Carets celery… or vegetables cut up in advance that helps with the hand to mouth and you might want to portion them into individual bags that will also help with not gaining as much weight. And for a while if you can keep your self out of normal situations that make you want to smoke. If you drink that usually makes people smoke more so try to cut down one that a bit if you can as well. Also wash your clothes bedding, and clean your car to get rid of the smell that might make you want it. I hope this helps some. Good Luck.
Is this a natural withdrawal from smoke/nicotine?
I recently quit smoking cigarettes; I smoked for about 7 years. I have only not been smoking for 7 days; however I think I have successfully kicked the habit. I have no urge or desire to smoke. This morning since I woke up I have been experiencing somewhat of a chest pain every time I inhale, I feel like I can’t catch my breath or take in a deep breath without discomfort. Is this my body acting naturally from the withdrawal of smoke/nicotine? Or should I be concerned? It is not unbearable pain but more of discomfort every time I attempt to inhale deeply.
What promted me to quit smoking so sudden was the diagnosis of my grandfather’s lung cancer which was rapid spreading and spread through out and he died with in 7 days of being diagnosed. My grandmother passed several years ago, and tho she did not have lung cancer she did have Emphysema! So of course I am certain I am going to inherit both of these terminal illness (just my normal neurotic self

smoking cigarettes makes me more hungry..?
people say that smoking cigarettes is supposed to be an apetite supressent .. but whenever im hungry, smoking a cigarette just makes my stomach feel more empty and make it growl more! so now i never smoke when im hungry. i used to be a heavy smoker and smoke probably 2-3 cigarettes an hour, but now my body is like naturally quitting, i dont have the desire i used to have.. i still smoke but only after i eat and i feel full — theres nothing like a cigarette after you eat and your tummy is full, anyone agree? anyways, why does everyone need a cigarette to help them feel full, but that doesnt work for me?? it makes me feel like sh—-t… i never replace food with cigarettes, so will i start to lose weight since i am subconsiously quitting?
if i dont substitute a cigarette with food… i wont gain more weight will i? or does nicotine boost your metabolism? i know plenty of fat chain smokers so i dont know if this is true
My experience has been that smoking suppresses hunger. It kills the taste buds. When I gave up smoking for good, i found that I was feeling more hungry. The food was tasting better & I gained lot of weight within 1 year of giving up smoking. There is no substitute for smoking. I would start smoking again if it was not so dangerous.
Does using a cigarette filter help preventing the darkening of lips?
I am 25 year old and have been smoking for 5 years now regularly. I had naturally pink lips but now they are darkening which is a real concern. I dont have any intentions to quit smoking though.
they could be darkening with age or from sun damage?
Try wearing a lip balm so the nicorine cant absorb onto the skin and they dont get sunburnt.
wrinkles from smoking, have some questions about certain things?
im a 22 year old male, and ive been smoking HARDCORE, like i was a extreme heavy smoker for the past 4 years, like i smoked alittle more then a pack a day (maybe 22 cigarettes) as an average smoking routine…. but recently i quit (thank god)…
i have some minor health problems done by cigarettes but nothing major that i should worry about… but i dont think many things are very perminent that was done by cigarettes..
BUT BASICALLY MY QUESTION is i have a small wrinkle on my face, and at my age and no one in my family got that at my age, so i shouldnt naturally have wrinkles at my age, and i recently heard smoking causes that…. so my question is it perminent, and if so what is the fastest way to get rid of it BESIDES from quitting smoking
Both smoking and the sun are the biggest causes of visible aging. Other than plastic/cosmetic surgery, not sure if you can get rid of it. But quitting is a good thing and much of the damage (lungs, heart disease risk, etc) that has been done will gradually recover over time.
