Smoking Tobacco Kills but Smoking Electronic Cigarettes Doesn’t

Author: John

If you smoke tobacco, then you will agree with me that it has over 4000 chemicals which are harmful to your health, it also has poisons like hydrogen cynide which are harmful to your health.

However there has been an introduction of a safe cigarette known as electronic cigarette. The cigarette contains none of the harmful chemicals and is much friendly to the environment; it's also important to note that tobacco has been proven to cause lung cancer among other deadly diseases to its users; electronic cigarettes on the other hand don’t contain any chemical which can cause the cancer in your body. This defines clearly well that tobacco is more harmful to your health as compared to electronic cigarettes which are friendlier, and safe.

Electronic cigarettes, better referred to as e-cigarettes, contain a small amount of nicotine which only surrounds the smoking  ban, tobacco on the other hand has a large content of tar and nicotine plus the many chemicals which cause nothing less than destroy your health.

What is exciting about e-cigarettes is that it tastes, feels and looks like ea cigarette but offers so much more than tobacco. In addition to that, is that the harmful components produced by the combustion of tobacco are not found in e-cigarettes.

In fact, within the first 7 days of smoking e-cigarettes, your sense of smell and taste will have changed, much surprisingly, at the end of the first day, your body will start repairing itself, you will feel a great relieve in your lungs, what your doing is inhaling water vapor which has no harm to your health, not at all.

Smoke from electronic cigarettes are less smelly and do not affect the people around you, just like tobacco do. It has no carbon monoxide which can be harmful to your brain and also can leave you feeling drowsy.

Nicotine from tobacco is extremely risky especially pregnant women, those breastfeeding or those people with unstable heart conditions, the probability of causing major complications or even death is high e-cigarettes on the hand cause less irregularities though it is always to recommended that you seek medical advice before you start using e-cig,especially when you have such complications.

The product is basically a thousand times safer than tobacco, it is legal and can be taken at any other place, pubs, restaurants, public places, name them.

It is also important to note that tobacco blocks free flow of blood to various parts of the body which is equally risky and has in the past caused many deaths. This is just one of the e many harmful effects of tobacco. Electronic cigarettes retain the normal functioning of your body, which include proper flow of blood to various parts of the body.

Lung cancer is one disease caused by tobacco smoking, but it also causes other cancers and illnesses. Close to 42,800 people die from tobacco related illnesses each year, 29,100 die from chronic lung disease mostly caused by tobacco smoking.

It plays safe enough to consider electronic cigarettes as a better way of staying healthy.

I am looking for the effects of smoking on lab work and how long smoking effects lab work after someone quits?

It can be detected in your hair follicles for six months after you quit. They use this for insurance fraud. If you say you quit, your doctor has to confirm it after six mo.

    Does smoking effect your looks?
I don’t smoke, I haven’t even tried it so I’m just curious. If you smoke does it effect your facial look or does it make your body seem any different. But I know how bad it is for you and I don’t need to know stuff like it makes you cough alot and you get worn out easily. Just the way it makes you look.
    Thank you

It really ages people. Your skin will look grey, your fingers and teeth will go yellow and you will devlop bags around your eyes quicker than a non-smoker.

How does smoking effect your looks and build?
I’ve been a smoker since I was 15 and usually smoked around 4 a day. Somehow this has increased to 25+ a day and i’m 19 now. I want to start getting off it slowly until I cut it out so I need some scare factors.
I’ve tried nicortine patches etc but for some reason it still doesn’t work
    Thanks

You are ten times more likely than a non-smoker to die of lung cancer than a non-smoker. If you keep smoking, you have about 20 years left before you can’t function normally anymore. If you haven’t already died of cancer, you’ll have polyps in your lungs by the time you are 35, and won’t be able to keep up with your children. Think of all the things they’ll miss out on.

If that’s not enough to scare you, how about this: the poisonous chemicals in cigarette smoke break down the collagen in your skin, causing creases and wrinkles as early as your early 20s (look at you forehead and around you mouth; i bet you already have them). It also causes you to produce extra mucus, so you’ll be coughing up giant brown wads of phlegm. Nasty. Also, it can permanently stain your teeth. Bleaching treatments cost around $700, and you’ll need at least 2 a year. Insurance doesn’t cover these.

Did I mention nicotine makes it harder for your body to absorb calcium so you bones will get brittle? So be prepared to have a hunchback.

You need to see a doctor and get a prescription for a smoking cessation medication. And here’s some inspiration:http://www.quitsmoking.com/info/articles/whatitmeans.htm

I’ve never smoked a cigarette in my life, but my fiance has tried to quit many times without success. He’s going to the doctor in a few weeks for help.

For all you anti-smokers with you pushing for the smoking ban everywhere.?
Now that most of you have got your way…most states either put the smoking ban in effect or in the process of going smoke free. How would you feel if you were out and about and see someone in a facility smoking an electronic cigarette? It looks, feels, and tastes like the real thing,, but minus everything that you anti-smokers complain about. No second hand, no smoke/burning, no smell, no toxic chemicals emitting in the air. The electronic cigarette has nothing that what started this smoking ban domino effect. So why are more and more places adding this to the ban? It is not a tobacco product! All it is is water vapor (to give the smoke look effect) that dissipates in the air almost instantly and nicotine (a non carcinogen, non tar, non toxin that you will not inhale through second hand) We all agreed to your terms and found an alternative, but you still have to complain. What is up with that? Do you just need something to complain about? We agreed (well with not a lot of choice) so quit your complaining and allow us to have the alternative.
Sorry Julius, I had no idea that your cock was in my mouth in the first place.
This is for Missy. If you are a non smoker you have no idea how hard it is to quit. Just like I stated in my question…we have found an alternative. It has no cancer causing agents, no tar. Nothing in this electronic cigarette will kill or harm us. There is no smell..so you will no longer have to smell us because there is no odor. So before you lecture us, why don’t you read the question at hand in it’s entire before you go on about something that is not even relevant. All those things you complained about in your response…I stated an alternative that covers all of your complaints. But non smokers are blind by that I guess.

to the other person…go on line and look up greensmoke.com. You now can order them in the united states :)

I quit 3 weeks ago after having been a smoker for 9 years, but I always smoked either Marlboro’ Lights or B&H Silver. I used to smoke between 5 & 10 a day. I am 24 and was still getting asked for ID for cigarettes when I was buying them. I’m not suggesting I look 17, but I don’t think it aged me physically. But it’s definitely affected my health and I feel much better having been free for just 3 weeks.
