    Are there any ill effects after stopping smoking marijuana after prolonged use?
    I have been a regular user (3 to 5 times a day) for about half a year and was just curious if there are any side-effects of stopping cold turkey?

      Marijuana is not very addictive. There is no physical withdrawal from quitting. But since you were a regular user, you may get cravings for it every now and then, and even get a little cranky or agitated but you’ll be fine. In my opinion, it’s a lot easier to quit smoking marijuana than it is to quit smoking cigarettes or quit drinking beer.

      I wore the patches for a full 24 hours and ended up having some crazy, scary dreams. I ended up taking it off before bed then putting a new one on in the morning.

      The only way to stop sherm is unconsciousness. You’ll probably wake up in a holding cell and find out you trued to rob a bank or something.

      You are experiencing Nicotine withdrawal symptoms. Anxiety is the most common symptoms. You should get Nicotine patch or nicotine chewing gums, until your symptoms gradually disappears.
